Starting from October 2018 a new booking procedure was launched for EndoCare’s outpatients who intend to schedule first or follow-up appointment times in our endocrinology-internal medicine department.

Every 10th of each month (being the initial date of entering new requests for appointment times) causes extreme inconvenience and excitement due to our IT system’s overload. To reduce our webpage’s overload on these days we have reserved the booking exclusively for our patients who intend to book follow-up appointment dates only. Practically it means that from October, 2018 in our online check-in system only the follow-up appointment times of endocrinology-internal medicine consultations will be selectable from the 10th of each month (from 10 am).

Requests for first visit appointment times can be first initiated from the 20th of October, 2018 – and from that time on the 20th of each month (from 10 am).

This modification does not affect the booking procedure for other consultations (such as gynecology, radiology, biologist and dietitians). Requests for new available appointment times for these specialties – either first visit or follow-up consultation – can be initiated from the 10th of each month, from 10 am, as before.

We would like to draw your attention that if the 10th of the month coincides with a weekend, access to enter requests for new follow-up appointment times will be opened from the preceding Friday. The same applies to the 20th of the month so if it coincides with a weekend, access to enter requests for new first visit times will be opened from the preceding Friday (from 10 am).

We hope that this change in our system will help you avoid further inconveniences.

We thank for your understanding and cooperation.

By taking advantage of the user-friendly online check-in application of EndoCare Endocrinology Center patients can apply for a consultation any time, even at weekends, without waiting.

This service is available for our outpatients, functioning as a doctor-patient communication channel which allows the information transfer about significant changes of symptoms (medicine side-effects, getting pregnant or other serious changes which may affect the treatment) and makes adjustment of the therapy (changing medications or adjusting the dose) possible.
